GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price	The price quoted are based on the current rates and availability of raw materials and accessories to be used in manufacturing. Hence significant changes; if any, the same would be accounted in the price of quoted pro fortunately / confirmation of the order.
2. Payment	If documents are through bank, please let us have your bank reference Our Bankers are bank of baroda, G.I.D.C. Estate, Makarpura, vadodara – 390 010. Our RT__________/___________A/C No._____________. You may ---- the ---- in any branch of the bank of baroda.
3. Delivery	The delivery quoted is to be reckoned from the receipt by us of your written firm and technically and commercially clear order. The delivery commitments is further subjected to force majeure conditions involving calamities, Government controls, war strikes and other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control.
4. Patterns	All the precautions and due care will be taken in the handling or patterns and related accessories supplied by you, However should at any stage, these are broken or damaged the cost or repairing, modifying or replacing the same shall be payable by you. In case of the patterns supplied by you. If should not be our responsibility of final casting dimensions obtained by our manufacturing facilities. Your patterns retained with us is completely at your risk of Fire. Food & Theft. Please note no------- is permanent.
5. Inspection & Testing	All testing and inspection charges shall be brone by your & shall be carried out at the time and place agreed upon.
6. Cancellation	Cancellation of the whole or part of the order will render the buyer liable to payment of fair cancellation charges proportionate to the work carried out by us or minimum 10% of the order value whichever is higher.
7. Jurisdiction	Any dispute relating to the order/contract will be settled in court of competent jurisdiction located within the municipal limits of baroda.
8. Rejection	In case of rejection of our supply, any king of processing charges like machining done by your shall not be born by us. Rejection done after three months from the date of supply would not be accepted. The material rejected & returned to us will be replaced / repaired three of cost but the order should not be canceled.
